Software User  Interface
Below are some screen shots of User Interface design I did for the Windows CE Platform Builder product, for Microsoft.

We created two types of  UI 1) Step by Step Wizard panels to help users build a compiled .MSI Software Development Kit.  2) Options dialog boxes to change the features of a Software Development Kit.  Each letter of text and placement of each windows control (radio buttons, check boxes, listboxes, combo-listboxes, multi-select listboxes, tab names, hot keys) were carefully considered for:  clarity, need, visual presentation and space location to allow localization into 10 languages.

Wizard Pages
Shown below is a step- by- step group of dialog boxes which help step the user through the complex process of creating a Software Development Kit for their custom software.  This UI was designed to be used by demanding expert software developers. It had to be:  informative, clear, organized, and clean.

Tools Options
Shown here is UI designed to all the user to change various options and settings to customise their Software Development Kit (SDK) package.  Each option was logically grouped according to function and visual layout for need, clarity, and space needed to allow localization into 10 languages. Notice the rich set of different windows controls used: Dynamic Text control, Static Text control, radio buttons, check box, drop-down list box, dynamic custom list control, hot key text, tab controls, and file system browse controls.
